Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Definitions and Applicability

1.1

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, work and agreements between the Service Provider and the Customer regarding tire service and tire replacements on site.

1.2

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they are recorded in writing.

Article 2. Location and Accessibility

2.1

The Customer is responsible for providing a safe, hard-surfaced and freely accessible work place for the technician.

2.2

If the location is inaccessible or unsafe (including, but not limited to: on the highway without a hard shoulder or on a closed site without access), the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the assignment on site. Full travel costs are due immediately in that case.

2.3

Extreme weather conditions that endanger the safety of the technician give the Service Provider the right to postpone the work without being liable for damages.

Article 3. Information Obligation and Tire Specifications

3.1

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information provided (license plate, make, model, tire type and size).

3.2

If the ordered tires cannot be installed due to incorrect information from the Customer, full travel costs and a processing fee will be charged.

3.3

The Service Provider performs tire balancing if necessary. The Service Provider is not liable for faults resulting from existing defects in the vehicle or suspension.

Article 4. Rates and Payment

4.1

The agreed price includes the tires, installation, balancing, travel costs and VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2

Payment must be made immediately after completion of the work on site via card or digital payment request, unless another payment method has been agreed in writing beforehand.

Article 5. Cancellation and No-show (Strict Enforcement)

5.1

Term: Cancellation of an agreed assignment must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

5.2

Cancellation costs: If the Customer cancels within this period (less than 2 hours before start time), the Customer owes the full travel costs, plus any administrative costs.

5.3

No-show: If the technician arrives at the location and the vehicle is not present, the location is not accessible, or the Customer does not appear within 15 minutes of arrival, the assignment is cancelled. The Customer owes the full travel costs and 50% of the agreed service fee in this case.

5.4

Payment period: Invoicing of cancellation costs is done immediately and must be paid within 7 days of invoice date.

Article 6. Warranty and Liability

6.1

The supplied tires are subject to the statutory manufacturer's warranty. The invoice serves as the only valid proof of warranty.

6.2

The Service Provider's liability is limited to direct damage to the vehicle that is directly caused by a fault during installation.

6.3

The Service Provider is never liable for indirect damage, consequential damage (such as loss of turnover due to downtime) or damage due to defects that existed prior to installation.

6.4

The replaced tires become the property of the Service Provider for sustainable disposal/reuse, unless the Customer indicates at the start of the work that they wish to keep the old tires.

Article 7. Force Majeure

7.1

If the Service Provider cannot meet the appointment on time due to force majeure (such as traffic, accidents or sudden illness), the Customer is informed immediately and a new appointment is scheduled at no charge. The Service Provider is not liable for damages in these cases.
